How to check in for your video visit

    Step 1: Use a computer or device with camera/microphone

    Step 2: Open the Envision Telemedicine Portal from the link in your confirmation email/text

    Step 3: Find the provider you're scheduled to see and click to start your session

    Step 4: Type in your name and click Check In

    Step 5: Allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone

    You're ready to go. Your care provider will start your visit!
